Like others, I am getting "Access Denied" on any downloads page.
@aebeck80 - I just went in and updated your permissions for SecurID and Case Portal. Can you let me know if you are able to access them now?

Would you mind providing the URL or the page name for which you are looking for downloads so that we can provide elevated access.
My replies, with links, keep getting removed as "spam."
It would be any download links from the SecurID Access Documentation & Downloads page.
Also, I cannot create a support ticket. When I click the link in Step 2 on the Support Information page, I get "Access not permitted."
