Authorization issue while accessing resources on community.rsa.com portal
Dear team,
I am a new RSA NetWitness user. I created my account for the RSA Partner Central portal a couple of weeks ago. I am facing an authorization issue when I try to access some resources in the community.rsa.com portal. So, for instance I try to access https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-41686 and I get an error message:
My account name is ioannis.velitsikakis@intl.verizon.com. Can you please help me with this?

Some pages and content (such as in your screen shot above) on RSA Link are restricted to RSA customers or partners with valid maintenance contracts.
In order to be recognized as such, customers and partners must select the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option when registering for an account on the RSA Registration Portal and provide a valid serial number, license key, site ID, or contract number.
Please return to the RSA Registration Portal and re-register with the same email address, this time selecting the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option and supplying the required information and additional access will be granted. You will not be required to update any passwords, On-Demand Authentication (ODA) information, or security questions.

When trying to re-register with same email address, the registration precess prevents continuing, because the email is already used. How do you work around this issue?
