Can't access to downloads

I am a RSA customer with a valid license. When I try to access the downloads, the message "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." is displayed.

Can you help me?

Please, I need a solution, I have to install 23 windows agents and I cant download the last version.

Thanks for connecting with us. After investigation, we found that there is no active maintenance contracts for their site which is why the registration failed, so it is recommended that you contact support at https://community.rsa.com/contact for further assistance.
