Downloads Access Denied

Hi all,

I'm having an issue when trying to download agents under "Downloads" menu.

I receive this message "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

attempted link "PAM Agent" and all links under "Downloads" menu. In additional, I can access myrsa and download the Authentication Manager.

Can you help?
