Error after logging into RSA SecureCare

After logging in i am presented with
The specified request cannot be executed from current Application Pool

 

then i have to delete the URL back to the .com before i get any screen information, what is the issue?

Hi Marcel,

 

Thanks for the URL. I recommend setting up a bookmark as https://community.rsa.com. From there, you can click the Log In link on the top right of the page, and it will bring you to the log in page. From there, if you log in, you should be brought to the RSA Link homepage and not have to remove part of the URL after authenticating. Please let us know how it goes.

If so, please provide the URL you are using for the bookmark. If you are not using a bookmark, what is the web address you are entering on your browser to log in?
