How do I add my product key to my account to access product downloads and open support cases?

Hi Daniel,

 

You can add a product key to your account by going to the RSA Security Inc. Registration Portal​ and re-registering with the same email address.  However, this time you will want to check the I am an RSA Customer or Partner box, which will allow you to select a product and then supply a Serial Number, Site ID, or Contract Number.

This will grant you access to all of the restricted downloads associated with the product(s) associated with your account.  You will also not be required to change your password, Security Questions, or On-Demand Authentication PIN.  Your RSA Link account will also not be affected other than to give you the additional access.
