how to download RSA netwitness platform for integration development/testing

Hello,

We are a quite young company developing Breach and Attack Simulation software BAS.

We received a request from our customer to connect to RSA Netwitness. We wanted to prepare an environment for testing the connector.   

I registered with the RSA Netwitness community and want to deploy a community version for testing(Download Netwitness platform) But I can't download it because of permissions, either I can't create a case or contact anybody from the community for help.

case portal error: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Download error message: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Could you please help us to be able to start work with Netwitness integration?

Thank you for posting your question to the RSA Community, where we support SecurID and Identity Governance and Lifecycle products.

If you have questions about NetWitness, please register on the NetWitness community. They will be able to assist you with the issue you are coming across with downloading the software to create a test environment.

I already registered in RSA Netwitness community but when i tried to download netwitness platform it gives the page contain access denied. Moreover, i went to open new case through case portal but can't because i haven't access.

Please, i need the support to prepare the netwitness environment .

Hi @zeina_freik,

Thanks for connecting with us. We would recommend you to navigate to https://netwitness.my.salesforce-sites.com/contactrsa/ and fill up the form to get the entitlements for NetWitness after which the case portal access will be granted, plus other access as applicable.
