I'm having an issue when trying to download agents under "Downloads" menu.

I receive this message "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

I need to have access to this.  I am also getting this message for even trying to open a support case.  

Need access asap.
