Impossible to access case portal and download center
Hello,
I'm new in the community. For the moment I can't acces to the case portal and the download center.
Every time i try to acces I have the following message : You do not have the sufficient privileges....
Can you help me please ?

Resolution by the security team...
You were flagged by our RSA Trade Compliance team as not being within our compliance requirements for the myRSA application. The blocks has now been removed from the site ID in myRSA. You are now able to download your assets.
