Insufficient priveleges for downloading mfa auth clients

Getting an access denied error when trying to download agents/clients.  Also unable to create a new a case (seeing Access not permitted message).  

Please advise.  Thanks!

Thanks for connecting with us. You have been granted access for case portal. However, you need to navigate to the URL: RSA Community and myRSA Contact Form and fill the form here by selecting relevant options from dropdown.
