My.rsa.com is displaying a blank screen after redirect

When logging in to my.rsa.com a blank screen is displayed after it redirects.

I reviewed your records and you are not registered as a user who has access to any entitlements for downloading software. 

Please review the steps in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link? for how to re-register for RSA Link using an entitlement such as a product serial number, contract number, etc.

Once you do that, please be sure to login to RSA Link first then going to my.rsa.com.

I am having same problem, I need to download Update files for our new Appliance and I am getting blank page at my.rsa.com and access denied on download page, I tried your method but it isn't working getting the below message.

Our records show that this email is already registered for the selected Community. Please click here to recover your password.

Please let me know the fix for this
