New Rollout to Windows Environment - Offline Files Question

We are deploying RSA to our environment. We have the Cloud Console (online) and Security Console (offline). We have deployed RSA Windows client to several of our system and the authentication process has succeeded without any issues. We do have several questions about offline scenarios that have not been answered:

1. Offline Files - The default in the Group Policy is 14 days. Can it be set to a higher number? We have users who do not log onto to certain systems for longer than 14 days. How do you handle this situation?

2. Can you configure RSA for the MMC? We have it set for the Windows logon only. Can this be expanded to MMC?

Thanks.
