No access to Case Management neither to download page
Hello,
I tried many way to download last version of PAM Securid Agent without success. I received a permission denied. Samething if i want create a ticket.
Could you help me please.

Hello,
I'm having the same problem. No access to Downloads, no access to Support Cases (to open a case for this).
In my case I'm trying to download updates for my RSA-Authentication-Manager 8.6 to get it to the new version 8.7.
The changing of the Download-websites in the last time hasn't made update-work easy.
I'm using RSA-Auth-Manager since 2010, but in the past it was much easier to download updates.
Sorry, I know, it's not a good idea to use a discussion portal for a support case, but in the moment I have to use this way.
Maybe it is a problem for a lot of "migrated" old RSA-Customers, and the problem should be solved active by RSA (or is it "SecurID"? 🙂
