The community thread on Archer Data Cleanup and the documentation on how to Retrieve Attachments From Repository Script both require that you have a product entitlement to access them. In checking your profile, you are not registered with any entitlements for RSA Archer. The good news is there is an easy fix if you just re-register. Simply follow the steps outlined in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link?
