Not resolved: Users are unable to view their teams' cases in the Case Portal
This case was marked resolved on March 10th 2022, but we still have this issue, nothing is changed.
Please reopen this case, as the solution was not successful.
We still can't view any cases (open and resolved) of other team members.

Sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience. The first issue that was resolved was actually masking a second issue that was contributing to the inability to view teams' cases.
However, this second issue was just resolved and I have personally confirmed that all of my test accounts can now see cases in the "My Team" view. So if you try again you should be all set now.
