our old license credential for RSA community is not working
Hi Team,
Post upgradation of securID community upgrade in RSA community we are not able to login with our old license credential, we are not sure why, can you please help us in setting up the credential again asap, we have urgent requirement where we need to reach to raise a support case but to login issue it is impacting our business deliverability.
Need immediate resolution.

Hi @IanStaines I am having the same issue and cannot open a new case on the portal mentioned in the existing website where we used to open cases. Can you please help me here?
