Questions and feedback about the redesigned RSA Link website!
This week RSA Link underwent a significant upgrade to improve the user experience and to provide users with a more cohesive experience when navigating between RSA Link and RSA.com.
Some of the changes included:
- A user interface refresh to more closely match the RSA.com website.
- Multiple navigation improvements, particularly on the home page, the All Products & Solutions page and on the product community landing pages.
- Updated RSA University, RSA Customer Support and product community pages. (e.g. RSA Archer Suite, RSA SecurID Suite, etc.)
- Redesigned knowledge base landing pages that make it easier to locate the articles that will be the most beneficial to you.
Now is your chance to ask any questions you may have and/or provide feedback relating to the relaunched website, all of which will be recorded and addressed by the RSA Link team. To participate, simply post a reply/comment on this discussion thread.

There is poorly positioned support links on the 'Home' page:
- Support in top banner has no dropdown for other support home pages
- Such as the My RSA link in the footer under the Support titles
The support page has inconsistent and poorly positioned support links
- Support in top banner has no dropdown for other support home pages
- Such as the My RSA link in the footer under the Support titles
- So, the header and footer problems are propagated through the site
- Inconsistent terminology and actions that go to different My RSA portal views:
- Create a Case > Open a Technical Support Case
- Incorrectly opens in Case Home of My RSA
- Open a "Support Case" (vs two other 'case's)
- Correctly opens in the Create Case tab of My RSA
- Create a Case > Open a Technical Support Case

While logged in
Both of the buttons <Add a Reply> and <Reply to original discussion> on this page just did a page refresh.
- What are these for?
I eventually found that the comment balloon below the title allowed me to provide feedback.

Hi Graham,
This is actually a known issue with the Jive Software platform on which RSA Link is built, and is supposed to be fixed in the next platform release. In the meantime a workaround can be found in the following knowledge base article: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-73472
