Re-register for RSA link partner says e-mail is already registered
Hello,
my current account hasn't the status as RSA partner, so I tried to re-register my Account as RSA link partner, as described in the following document: 000035296 - How can I re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link?
Entering my email I got the notifcation displayed that my email is already registered for RSA Link (Shown in the attached Screenshot).
How can my account be updated that I get the RSA Link Partner Access? Is there a way to delete my account and I register a new one?

Hello, I did the register process again but i keep seeing the unauthorized error when trying to access some pages like

In reviewing your records, I am not seeing your account associated with any user groups or linked to any entitlements, such as a contract number, serial number, etc. Downloads are only allowed for users with a valid entitlement. When you re-registered, in addition to clicking I am an RSA Customer or Partner, did you also select serial number, site ID or contract number under Type and then key in the appropriate value in the Serial Number field, as in the example below?
Once you do that you should have access to the downloads you need.

I provided the site id # <redacted site ID> when registering again. Now it does not let me re-register as previously can you help me?

I redacted your site ID information in your post above. That sort of Personally Identifying Information (PII) should not be posted on RSA Link. See https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/blog/2018/11/27/tips-for-posting-questions-to-the-rsa-securid-access-community.
I reset your account again so please go back to https://community.rsa.com/register and enter your email address and name again then check the I am a customer or partner box, select site ID as the type and enter the ten-digit site ID.

I see the suggeston was made to try using your RSA NetWitness serial number. Does that work for you?
