Re-register for RSA link partner says e-mail is already registered
Hi all,
I have the same issue as in topic 492272. I can't re-register my account, because at first I didn't provide any SN to my customer access. Now if I try to add the SN, I get:

Hi all,
after 5 months the re-registration has worked now. I guess it just takes time or else somebody at RSA has done "something".

Dear @victorlaucas ,
thanks, but I've already checked the described steps. In my previously mentioned post, an RSA Administrator has somehow reset the account of an affected user and added the SN to the account information.
Is it possible that you do the same?
I don't have a dedicated support manager.
