RSA Link - Account Management

This access allows only myself to login and download any updates, licences and advisories.

 

I do not wish to share my logon credentials, but I have a requirement to provide access to this portal and RSA Link to my IT Support Team Leads.

 

Please can you advise how I can have 1 or 2 additional named individuals to have access, so that RSA can be supported going forward, without my involvement or my access being lost?

You may add or invite people from inside/outside your company to access your company’s RSA Link account. If you would like to add them to RSA Link:

 

  1. Log on to RSA Link at https://support.rsa.com.
  2. Select “My RSA”
  3. Select “My Team” tab
  4. Click on Company Name/Site
  5. Select option to Add or Manage Contacts

 

Each person invited will receive an email with instructions to register and enroll.
