Salesforce error opening support Case
Hi,
when i try to browse "My cases", I have a Salesforce SSO error with the following message :
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
What cans I do to resolve this issue ?

Hi,
One of the reasons for an SSO error is when a customer tries to access certain areas in the portal but they haven't registered providing a product detal.
If you haven't fully registered, please follow the instructions on this link: How to register for an RSA Link account
If you have, but you still have this error, please open a support ticket:
How to contact RSA Customer Support
https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-1294
- If you are already registered to the portal, please use option 1 from that link.
- If you have RSA Link portal access issues, please use the option 4 (the webform).
I hope this solves your issue
