Salesforce error opening support case
Hello,
when browsing to "my Cases" (https://community.rsa.com/cases) I receive the following error:
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
This was working previously, and when checking the RSA Link (RSA Security Inc. Registration Portal ) it shows that my email already was registered (Our records show that this email is already registered for RSA Link)
Can you advice what to do?

Niels Klein, Bill Burnam, Steve Woodley,
We are aware of an issue with RSA Link and accessing Case Management. Our IT department is investigating the issue. I will supply updates on the issue as I receive them.
Regards,
Erica

Getting the same issue as the original post still, been trying over the last couple of days.
Can't even place a support call.
Is this still happening to anyone else?
