Single Sign-On Error when logging into customer portal

I have an account which I thought I set up as customer but when I try to access

https://rsaportal.force.com/customer/_ui/core/portal/PortalUserMyProfilePage/d  I get this error

We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.#

Hi Leslie,

 

It looks like you are unable to access the Case Management portal because you did not select the "I am an RSA customer or partner" option when registering for your RSA Link account.  (Refer to the article entitled 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link)

 

You will need to go back to the registration portal and update your account by providing a serial number, Site ID, contract number or license key, as explained in the following article:  000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link 

 

Once you have done this you will be able to access the Case Management portal without issue.

I'm getting the error - "your email is already registered with a RSALink account" - hitting continue not an option. the page is stale.
