Single sign-on error when raising a support case
We are trying to open a case with the Customer Support team but after completing the security questions the following screen appears.

Thank you for contacting RSA Link about the SSO error you are seeing when trying to raise a support case online.
I checked your account and, although you are registered on RSA Link, you are not listed with any entitlements that would allow you to access case management. There is an easy fix for this! Please follow the steps in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link?
Once you re-register and supply us with a serial number license number, etc., you will then be able to access all content on the site.
