Hi William,

Could you please let me know where you are seeing this error?  Is it when you click on the My RSA option in the main menu or the Create a Case button on the https://community.rsa.com/community/rsa-customer-support?sr=search&searchId=a220c5f1-9e2d-4ae1-9842-b86d3c0e7b75&searchIndex=0‌ page?

If so, then it looks like you are seeing this because you did not select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option when you registered for an RSA Link account.  To resolve this, please go to https://enroll.rsasecurity.com (or click on the REGISTER NOW button at the bottom of the RSA Link home page) and re-register with your same email address and this time select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option.

Doing this will grant you access to the My RSA interface (which includes case management, access to product maintenance contracts, and other customer-specific features) as well as the product downloads for which you have an active maintenance contract.

Thanks,

Jeff

Jeff,

I get the error on MyRSA, after trying to signin with my email address and password.

Thanks,

Bill

P.S. - i am just getting back into RSA and will be using it fairly extensively. I just got hired as a software developer/consultant on RSA starting Wednesday, September 7, 2016

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the clarification, and welcome back!

Please try re-registering at https://enroll.rsasecurity.com and selecting the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option, and then let us know if you continue to have issues accessing the My RSA page.  This should hopefully do the trick for you.

Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,

I am acting as a consultant for a RSA Customer and do not have the license key. I was able to register, but it never asked me for password.

So then I login to myRSA which askes for password and I enter my old passwords and it says I am authenticated then is gives me the Single Signon error message:

"We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."

Thanks,

Bill

Hi Bill,

Jeff has asked me to look into this issue for you as I am able to check your account from a different perspective having worked in the RSA Customer Support team who manage issues with these accounts.

Please leave it with me and I will get back to you ASAP.

Regards

Paul Thornton

Hi Bill,

I have checked your account and can see that you have registered as a non customer/partner meaning that you have not registered a product on your account.

As mentioned by Jeff, in order to get access to restricted content such as product downloads and My RSA you would have to re-register with a product that has an active contract however you have already stated that you don't have the customer Licence Key and even if you did it would not work because your email domain would not match that of the customer.

Therefore the only way for you to get full RSA Link access would be for the customer to add you as a contact on their account which would then automatically link their account and products to your RSA Link account and give access based on the active contract(s) they have.

To do this someone from the customer would have to do the following:

1) login to RSA Link (register first if needed)

2) Go to My RSA

3) Go to the My Team tab

4) Click on their Site Name from the My Accounts list

5) Click Add New Contact

6) Add your name and email address on the form

7) Select if they want to give you Admin status or not (Admin status will allow you to add/edit/delete contacts)

😎 Submit

Once that has been submitted you will receive an email advising that it is complete and you should then be able to login to RSA Link without any issues.

If you like I can speak with the customer directly to assist them with this process?

Regards

Paul Thornton
