SSO Error

Good afternoon,

 

When I click on "My RSA", I've got this error :

 

We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

 

Is it possible to solve this problem ?

 

I can't open a support case

It looks like you are seeing this because you did not select the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option when you registered for an RSA Link account.  To resolve this, please go to https://enroll.rsasecurity.com (or click on the Register Now button at the bottom of the RSA Link home page) and re-register with your same email address. This time select the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option.  Note that you will  be prompted for a serial  number or active contract number to complete enrollment.

 

Doing this will grant you access to the My RSA interface  (which includes case management, access to product maintenance contracts, and other customer-specific features) as well as the product downloads for which you have an active maintenance contract.

But, My product isn't in the list.

We use RSA Authentication Manager.

 

I've got the serial number of our licence. I don't know our contract number.

Frederic Marchi‌,

 

When you are  on the Form Validation page,

 

  1. Enter your email  address and name.
  2. Check the option that you are an RSA Customer or Partner.
  3. Select your country from the pick list.
  4. Choose RSA SecurID from the Product Family pick list.  Authentication Manager is part of the  RSA SecurID Access product suite.
  5. For Type, since you have the serial number, select that option.  You will see the text box caption on the right change to match your selection.  Enter your serial number in the text box.
  6. Enter the value you see for the CAPTCHA check and click Verify.
  7. Read the Terms and Conditions and then check the option that you agree to them.
  8. Finally, click Submit.

We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit. If you continue to receive this error, please contact RSA Customer Support for assistance.
