Unable to access Case Portal or any software Patch Download Page
Good Morning,
I have attempted to contact support via phone however there have been significant issues attempting to get a hold of anyone. I am currently blocked from accessing the download page or the case portal. Additionally I was looking for information regarding the 1.2 Log4j vulnerability finding that is appearing in RSA 8.7 and wondering if that will be fixed and if not why? Thank you in advance.
