Unable to access download center and case portal

Hi

I have newly registered to  RSA community. The message "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." is displayed when i try to access the download centers and case portal. 

Is there anyone that can assist on this issue?

I have registered and can log in but have the same message as the opening post.
