Unable to create new case
Good morning,
as soon as i go to "Support -> Create new case" it shows me the message "Access not permitted".
Is this expected? How can I solve it?

By the way i do not have an account associated and i cannot open a case, it says to contact a community administrator, is it something you can help me to solve?

Unable to identify any company accounts associated with the user.
How do I associate my user with a company account?
