Unable to Create New Case
Hello,
When I try to create a new support case it says "Access not permitted" and "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience." Can I be granted these permissions please?

I was just able to successfully create a case online. Would you please try again? If you are still having an issue, please let me know. If you need assistance with a technical support issue, please contact support by email or phone while we sort out the issue you are having with the portal.
