I'm unable to send/submit a new support case because I can't select anything in the RSA Product Set drop-down menu:
Even the other drop-down menus don't function, but I can type certain letters to find an item.
Can this be fixed so that I can submit my case?

Internal IT has indicated the issue should be resolved.
