Unable to download RSA authentication Manager 8.4

Hello RSA Support Admin,

I am new on this board.

I'd like to download SecurID RSA Authentication Manager 8.4, but I got Access Denied, " You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

Please help, I need this software to perform DELL iDRAC9 - 2FA.

Also, I tried to open a support case, but its temporary down. What should I do? I need this ASAP.

Hi @DP-nvidia,

It looks like you may not have registered for full access (i.e. customer access) when you registered for your account.  You will want to take a look at this article which shows you how to re-register for full access, which will give you access to both downloads and the case portal for opening support cases.

If you experience issues re-registering, you can use the form at https://community.rsa.com/contact to get in contact with the Customer Support team who can assist.
