Unable to download security patches for AM 8.5 Patch 1 or Authenticatoin Agent Software

Currently we cannot  download any software patches or the authetnication agent for AM 8.5 P 1. The webpage keeps coming back saying "

You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

Return to my original page"

I need to the patch to be compliant as we are on a deadline.

As I read previous notes here, I currently D/L the MS or PAM agents. I tried the link provided but still get the notice that I do not have privilege's to D/L.
