I registered as a partner with a valid Site License ID. I can log in but when I try to download Authentication Agents or Authentication servers, I get the "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." message.

Please help as quickly as possible.

I granted you temporary access to the downloads. 

Please follow the steps here to contact Customer Support or navigate to https://community.rsa.com/contact and fill out that form, and they will get back to you shortly to sort out the permission issues.
