How do I reset the security questions for my community account?

If SecurID Community users (excluding employees) cannot remember the answers to the security questions that they set up when they first registered for the community, they may wish to have the answers reset in order to configure them again.

When logging in to the Self-Service Console, there is a section for Security Questions but it does not provide an option to reset them and only states the following:

You've successfully setup your security questions. During logon you may be prompted to answer those questions to verify your identity.

Community users cannot reset their own security questions, as this task must be performed by Customer Support.
To request to have your security questions reset, contact SecurID Customer Support and they will be able to clear your existing answers.

Once this has been performed, return to the Self-Service Console and after logging in you will be prompted to set up new questions.
