Seeing the message "Server Error in '/scolreg' Application" when clicking on the link in the RSA Link registration email

Issue

After being added by a colleague to RSA Link via the My Team tab in the Case Management portal, a page with the error message below is displayed.
Server Error in '/scolreg' Application.
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: input
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Cause

The error message is a result of an issue with the hyperlink that was generated and included in the registration email.

Resolution

If you experience this issue, please contact RSA Customer Support at https://community.rsa.com/contact and reference this article for assistance.  They in turn will manually re-process the registration in order to correct the issue.
