Where can I find my Partner Site ID if I am an RSA SecurWorld Partner?

I am an RSA SecurWorld Partner and must register for SecurID Community, myRSA and/or the SecurID Case Portal. I do not have an active serial number or license key for an SecurID product.

I must find my Partner Site ID in order to validate my partner status when registering, but am not sure where to obtain it.

Resolution

If you are an RSA SecurWorld Partner and do not have an active serial number for an SecurID product, you can register with your Partner Site ID instead.

To retrieve your Site ID number, submit a case using the RSA SecurWorld Partner Case Form and reference Site ID Request as the topic. A representative from the RSA Channel Operations team will provide you with your Site ID within one to two business days.
