Why am I not receiving email notifications for the RSA SecurID Access Service Notifications when I receive other advisories?
RSA Product Set: SecurID Access RSA Product/Service Type: Cloud Authentication Service Platform: RSA Link (community.rsa.com)
I am an RSA SecurID Access customer but I do not seem to have access to the RSA SecurID Access Service Notifications page and am not receiving those email notifications, even though I am receiving other advisories for RSA SecurID Access.
When I navigate to the page I am presented with an Unauthorized error message. Also, when viewing the RSA SecurID Access Advisories page, the section for Service Notifications displays the following message:
These advisories are only accessible to users with active maintenance contracts. Please log in with a valid user to view the content.
Because the RSA SecurID Access Service Notifications are only applicable to the RSA SecurID Cloud Authentication Service, they are only accessible by RSA SecurID customers who utilize that service and not to others.
Users who do use the service and still experience the issue above may not have their active maintenance contract for the Cloud Authentication Service properly associated with their RSA Link account.
