I am trying to connect NW Investigator for Enterprise Activation but it will not connect.
I am using the IP of my Security Analytics server, the SSL port 443, my username I use when connecting via the web, and my password. I get the message unable to connect. What am I doing wrong?

You would need to use the IP address and port associated with one of the core services....not the Security Analytics server itself.
Try the ip of the decoder, concentrator or broker and the associated port (50004, 50005, or 50003 respectively). If SSL is used on those services, you may need to use 56004, 56005 or 56003 instead.
