License upgrade failed
I need to upgrade one license netwitness log for 50 to 100, i purchase the new license but whe i add this license on SA Server i see always my license limit to 50 GB and not 100GB.

The way metered licenses work is the following:
The UI currently can only understand a single metered license of a specific type. This means that you can only have a single SIEM and NetMon license on a SA UI server. When you want to increase the amount that you can ingest you must purchase additional quantities for your existing license, not purchase a new one. Once you have the additional quantities in Download Central you map them by increasing the QTY field to match the number you have purchased. Once that is done you can download the response.bin file and upload it to your SA UI server. At that point you will see the total amount purchased. If you were given a second license you will need to speak to your Sales person and have them fix the issue or open a Support case to have the two licenses merged. If you choose the Support route you need to make sure that the expiration date on the two licenses that you do have are the same, otherwise a merge will not be possible.
