Problem after update to 10.4
After update from 10.3.4 to 10.4 I receive some problem. My Log Collector not work. In first time I receive many like:
Sep 23 09:36:00 SA-LogDecoder nw: [AMQPClientBase] [failure] An error occurred creating an AMQP channel: a socket error occurred
Sep 23 09:36:00 SA-LogDecoder nw: [LogdecoderProcessor] [failure] [queue.odbc] [idle] Failed during getWork: a socket error occurred
I can see only logs collect via log decoder (protocol Syslog). Then I try find solution at forum and find action rekey (). I'm also reinstall nwlogcollector, rabbit-mq server. Now I can access to Log Collector (Service x.x.x.x host LogCollector is unreachable).
According to support, Senior level, you need to upgrade the SA Sever (Head Unit) to 10.4 to remove these errors. Supposedly puppet will push out the certs and it will work. I am not upgrading to full 10.4 on production for a few more days. I can let you know how it goes or if someone does it.
Just turned off everything SSL. Collector is recieving events again. This isn't a solution either.
Requested third party Cert to install on hybrid device. I'll let you know if that works.
Hey! Quick question. If you follow the proper upgrade path. SA Server -> decoders -> concentrators -> broker. Will this issue not arise? If so, I can tell management we can do the upgrade with no issues, and that would be awesome.
During up-gradation, i am facing the dependency of one package please refer attached screenshot. when i extract the upgrade package then too i am not able to find any package with this name, i also tried this package to find in 10.3 sp3 but nothing was there.
i am trying to upgrade form 10.3 sp2 to 10.4
any one please help me on this
