If you encounter a problem with your ECAT server or a deployed Agent please gather these logs for support to review. The agents don't have a large footprint and do not necessarily leave a log, so in this case we would gather the Windows Event Logs for the ECAT service and the latest scan export from the Server.

ECAT UI Logs
Please send Support the ConsoleUI-Error.log in the ECAT Server folder
ECAT Console Logs
Please send Support the ConsoleServer-Error.log in the ECAT Server folder
ECAT Agent Logs
Windows Event Logs of the ECAT Service
Please send Support the exported scan data (right click on the machine in ConsoleUI) select Export Scan information to file. This exported csv file contains bios version, OS version, ecat service name etc.
