The customer believes that they have provided data to RSA Live Connect and would like to have that data purged from RSA Live Connect.
Currently there is no way to purge data from RSA Live Connect. This is due to specific requirements within the architecture that were created to keep the data anonymous and not attributable to any one customer. While this means increased data security it also means that purging any one customer's data from RSA Live Connect is not possible.
In the best interests of our customers, RSA finds that adding additional data points in RSA Live Connect data to help identify customers within the data and allow for deletion of that data would be counter to the level of security needed to protect our customers.
