If the Workbench service is restarted on the Archiver appliance or the jettysrv service is restarted on the Security Analytics server while a restoration is in progress, the Date Range field for the respective collection will be blank in the Security Analytics 10.5 user interface, as shown in the screenshot below.
After one of the services is restarted, an error similar to the example below may also be reported in the /var/log/messages file on the Archiver appliance.
