To set up Live on NetWitness Platform, you configure the connection and synchronization between the CMS server and NetWitness Platform. The user interface for this setup is the (Admin) > System > Live Services Configuration panel.
To configure the connection to the CMS Server:
- Navigate to (Admin) > System > Live Services.
Click Sign In and enter your credentials in the Live Services Account dialog box.
- Click Test Connection to make sure your connection is working.
- If the test is successful, click Apply. If not, contact RSA Customer Support for help connecting to the Live server.
- Configure the timing for synchronization of NetWitness Platform with updates from Live.
