An issue has been identified with the CMS service traffic on NetWitness 11.5.1 systems, and a Hot Fix is available through Customer Support. Until the hotfix is applied, customers on NW 11.5.1 may experience increased traffic to and from the CMS service, potentially resulting in content download errors.
It's recommended all customers running 11.5.1 apply the hotfix. Please contact Customer Support to receive the fix and installation instructions. Subsequent releases will contain a fix to resolve this issue.
