The new and improved RSA Link website is only days away

The long wait is finally drawing to a close and the new RSA Link website built on the best-in-class Khoros Communities platform is officially launching later this month on Tuesday, February 23rd.  


If you haven't yet had the opportunity to learn about the new experience and how it will greatly improve your online interactions with RSA when seeking assistance and expertise with your RSA products, be sure to take a look at this blog post which provides a tantalizing cross-section of what you can expect.


In preparation for the migration from this website to the new platform and the subsequent launch, a new Frequently Asked Questions page has been published that will provide more information on the launch timeline and what changes you can expect upon your first login to the new website.


This FAQ page will be considered a "living document" that will be periodically updated with more information, and will reference additional resources that are made available leading up to and extending beyond the launch.


We are very excited about this new platform and look forward to continuing our partnership with you as we press forward on this exhilarating new journey together.

Please, tell me why every single time I hear "new and improved" I get shivers down my spine because usually it is the opposite of what it means?  This post was made two weeks ago so I am using the "new and improved" site already.  Let me tell you, this is not "new and improved".  Things just got a whole lot more difficult on this site.


Not a fan of this new version - very tough to find simple things that were so easy to get to earlier. In any case, since we are to use this going forward, can you please let me know where can I find the latest Archer application packages? I click on Downloads under Archer Product page and then on Solutions and Use Cases and it takes me to the Documentation section and there is no documentation there. And then if I click on Archer Platform - it redirects me to and that is blank - can't do anything there. This is a BIG problem as there is no way to get to the packages!

The UI needs to improve, this color theme is stressing eye so bad.

buggy web site, no support, a shame.


I don't see how this is better. 


To find my cases and list of team members in my company's account, I have to look in the Support menu on the page.  This seems counterintuitive and misplaced.  Almost all other sites use "community" as a place for other users to share information about a product.


To see "My Team" I have to click on the "Manage My Team" link, or the "My Team" tab from the Case Portal tab, which takes me to the page.  This also seems counterintuitive and misplaced.  Almost all other sites use "knowledge" as a place to find documentation or a wiki.


The Downloads page shows me the products I am licensed to, with a "View Patches & Documenation" link which returns a "Page Not Found".  At this time, I have no idea where I can download patches for the products I'm using.

The case portal is not working when you create a new case.
