At RSA, we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers and partners, and this includes the RSA Community. We want to do whatever we can to make your time visiting the community more efficient and effective. As such, here are three ways you can weigh in on how to make the community even better.
Community Survey
At some point while browsing the website you will see a prompt asking you to take a quick survey about your experience on the community. (You will only ever be prompted once within 90 days at most.) If you will take one minute to fill out the survey then this information will be invaluable to us to identify where improvements can be made.
Idea Exchange
The Community Idea Exchange is a resource that allows you to actively submit suggestions on how to improve the community, or to vote on other suggestions that have been submitted. We monitor these suggestions regularly and use them to help prioritize enhancements to the community.
Community Support Forum
Do you have a question about the community or want to start a discussion about a specific feature or functionality? The Community Support Forum is the perfect place to do this. It is a forum dedicated to the community itself, where users can ask questions and start conversations. This forum is monitored daily by community administrators who are ready and willing to help.
