Customer reported that the OOB calls with the French language option are failing. They were not receiving any error however the calls were received in English.
Upon checking with Authentify, they confirmed that the AA kept sending the language option as 'fr-ca' and they only support 'fr-fr'. This was an issue reported in the past (AA-13493) however the fix is not part of the new versions.
Engineering provided DEV fix for the issue(AA-20543) , will be requesting for a HF on this.
