An Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) (AAOP) customer recently reported the following: This case is for RSA AAoP 7.3 P6. We are seeing intermittent 'Session is Closed!' exceptions in the casemanagement.log and we see that all of them are happening especially from one specific instance. I see that this issue is resolved (with the tracking number AA-18763) as part of 7.3 P6 release notes, but still seeing these exceptions. This is greatly impacting our Case search and update functionalities. Can you please let us know how to resolve this known issue!
Customer was also seeing "An unexpected error has occurred. Please consult your system logs for more detailed information." when attempting to log into the case management webpage.
